These tears are burning my cheeks
I'm trying so hard not to cry
Though, it's as if its second nature
I'm still trying with all my might

I know that I mess up
More than any other person in the world
But it's not like you're perfect either
Holding this sin, I let my fingers curl

I need a light like a need a break
A cigarette burning through my teeth
I smoke it, yet I hate the taste
I hate this blade, just as much as me

Right now I need an antidote
To cure this big black heart
Pulling every inch of my stitching
I can't possibly find it in the dark

So burry me in quick sand
It's not as messy as all the rest
Let me down ever so slowly
So I'll blame myself for your mess
