but so does the blade
so many marks
as the sun-lit skies fade

just like the blood stain

i gave in to the razor
listened to the knife
fell in love with the blood
tried to take my own life

i lied to my family
hid the darkest secret I've had
told myself i was useless
so angry and mad..

lived for the hate
gave up on the hope
forgot all my dreams
played with a rope..

i slaved to the anger
cried til i screamed
wished i was happy
like i always dreamed
