To Die A Second Death

By ♥~Immortal Pain~♥

A cold winters night
The snow settled on the ground
I have lost all sight
But I know there’s no one around.

I can feel the loneliness wrap
Like a cold blanket around my heart
The snow keeping me in a trap
It's cold ripping me apart

Dying inside, then already dead
As the depression grips my soul
It crumbles from my head
And pours through my eyes without control

I open my mouth and call
'Is anybody out there?'
But the snow has made a wall
Dense and unforgiving without care

It locks me in it's cold embrace
And I lie myself down on the snow
As it falls and covers up my face
I know it's time to go

Because there is nobody out there
Only darkness and falling pain
So I take a blade to my wrist, with great care
And I die tonight, I die again.
