No Sleep

By Paul

I can't sleep,
knowing what I have done,
how did I lose you,
why didn't I see this coming,
why couldn't you tell me,
in death I can rest at last,
I wish you in my arms,
I wish you token the blade of me,
but instead,
my haltered for what you did to me turned it,

so now here I lay,
in a pool of my own blood,
thinking of all the deed's you done to me that were wrong,
I would wish it was you,
but I can't,
for the cold hand of death has already grabbed me from the floor,
and onwards we travailed to the depths of hell,
where I well lay until the time comes,
to hurt you the way you hurt me.
