Winter In Buffalo

By Rebecca Bratek

White snow
Fluttering softly to the ground.
No school,
To home we are bound.
Sledding, skiing,
Building a snowman,
This is the best day I've ever had!

Time to go in,
Mom is calling.
It is getting colder,
From the sky snow is falling.
Having hot chocolate,
Discussing our day.
Oh how I wish I could go back and play!
