As I Sit In The Corner

By Mecca A. Henry

As I sit in the corner looking out the window

I see
birds flying by as butterflys would do
I hear
people talking like sea shells hitting together
I smell
the cool damp air as if there were just a rain storm
I feel
the cold breeze upon my face as if I were in front of a fan

As I sit in the corner looking out the window

I see birds flying by
I hear people talking
I smell the cool damp air
I feel the cold breeze upon my face

As I sit int the corner looking out the window.
