To be remembered
Is a very special thing
To be forgotten
Is very easy

What will your legacy be
Will you have been the positive
Left the world a better place
Or just another forgotten soul

Each one of us
Can leave our imprint
We have the power
To do something great

Yet most people hide
Live our fake lives
Don’t let people see
Then are gone

What a tragedy
To lose another
Unique mind
And not got its gift

Don’t be afraid
To go against the grain
Step up to the plate
And do something memorable

That people will speak of
Long after you’re gone
Every second of the day
There is an opportunity

For something spectacular
To happen
When that moment comes
Will you embrace it

Or will you hide
Behind your bed of lies
Because you are scared
To show the world you
