Can’t live in the past
Sitting, worrying, wasting
Life then may seem to have passed quickly
Presently life appears to drag on and on, so never-ending
Mostly unpleasant
Withering weekly
Not here completely

Melting down into a puddle of nothingness
(Yeah right, I wish)

Asking why is only good if I use it for the present time
To see what I can do now
Actually doing something about the endless regrets
I’ve collected over the years

Positive thoughts, stupid!
I mean, think positively, you gorgeous person.

Don’t dwell
Gain from experience, from your mistakes
May it be good or bad, learn from it
Make your apologies
Then let go
Simply let go

The more I can live presently
The happier I shall be (?)
Hmm…perhaps this is true, we shall see

Don’t be overwhelmingly stressful
Don’t be stress-less either
Have motive, not torture

Remember: the past is unchangeable
And the future is not controllable,
No matter how foolproof plans may seem.
