As I continue to climb to the top
To reach for the highest star
There still remains a void
And a hole in my heart.

A life once filled with happiness
A Heart that was complete
A loving Mother I had
And our love ran so deep!!!!

I was her shadow...
And she was Mine...
A bond between Mother and Daughter
That's sometimes hard to find.

The one person I looked up too
And worshiped with all my heart
God had made his plans
Her journey was ready to start.

I prayed and Begged God
To send his best Angel for Mom
One that could escort her
To that beautiful Mansion...beyond.

I prayed for peace and comfort
And he helped me through
But I truly lost my Angel
One that was loving and true.

That void will always remain
And the hole in my heart won't heal
But God continues to bless me
For in My Heart, Mom Lives....


Another bad day... I'm so thankful for the memories I have, but sometimes it's just so hard....
