Life and all its wondrous glory
is seldom revealed to mortal eyes,
until we're blessed with a new born child
and hear the first miracle cries.

Just as the stars add beauty
and brighten the darkness of night,
this child too will add to your life
when no hope seems to be in sight.

Love, honor and cherish this gift
of immeasurable grace,
for life will never be sweeter
than when you look upon this face.

As God looks down from Heaven
and you look up above,
always give thanks for that special day
and your first miracle of love.
