My love runs deep.
There's nothing I wouldn't do for him.
Sacrifice is too cheap of a word to describe.
What ever life threw my way,
I did what I had to... I would do it again.
In a heart beat if he was lost I would search the four corners,
climb the highest mountain,
I would die and kill for him.

My child... I love him with every fiber of my soul.
What a mother would do for her child is endless.
No complaints, its what God asked me to do.
The moment he arrived I cant deny I was scared.
I didn't think I would be able to.
Now seven years strong, me & my son we're rolling tight.
He witness by his own eyes... My son has seen his mama cry.
He's seen me go on job interview after job interview,
Its been hard and a struggle to survive.

I begged his father to help me.
But between his girlfriend and his pride,
he put my cry's aside.
After a while I stopped trying.
My son knows from experience what real love is.
The things I've been through,
I've learned to put my needs, wants and ego aside.
My first concern is my child.
Only now does his father understand what it means to raise a child.
But even still if I ask I have to beg.

On my sickest day I still maintained to get him to school.
I asked for help, but he just complained, I was asking too much of him.
I am mom and dad, this is what his father doesn't understand.
He said he tried, but he didn't try enough.
I gave up my life for him, and if I had to,
I would do it again... Just for him
