A Father Less Child

By Ida D. Mcknight

A fatherless child is what I am and know I am raising.
Two sons, with fathers with no faces.
A fatherless child
How can a mother like me teach them how to be the man that they are supposed to be?
A fatherless child is a child that needs extra love.
I give them all I got with the help of the lord above.
A fatherless child can grow up to be a great man
As long as they place their fate in the Lord's hand.
