Why ask questions, you already know everything there is to know about the customer you are visiting anyway. Plus, they are boring and nothing is new anyway.

Step Three: Don't bother with a plan

Show up uninvited and don't bother with an agenda when you call customers or prospects. This strategy really makes you obnoxious. Use the line - "How are you doing” or "I just wanted to stop in”.
